Arizona Chickens

I was just coming back from the coop a bit ago with an egg in my hand when the UPS guy was dropping off a couple of packages for my hubby. Anyway's the UPS guy is a regular out here, and he asked me about the egg. He said that he would become one of my future customer's for them.
That's great!

I got called selfish today because I'm not letting any chickens go to a coworker. Don't care, LOL! :)

The first three were pretty hard on the other eggs, and kept wedging the pips against the sides of the incubator, so I put them into the brooder box under the warming plate. They are peeping up a storm.

Three peeping, three pipping.
Yes, sometime's the hatched one's will try to play football with the unhatched egg's.

LOL, that's a pretty good description of it.

They quieted down after I put them back under the brooder plate. The third chick isn't as lively as the other two. Maybe it's because the other two have been out of the egg longer?

Dip their beak's in some of that vitamin water, and then put them back under the brooder plate.
