I don't know why it's gone, but this is one like one of the ones that I just bought from Amazon I bought the women's sizing one.

Not yet T^T Still wiggling with a little progress on it's pip but it's taking it's sweet time

It's hard work in getting out of there, so give it some time to rest in between it's job. Maybe while it rests, it is absorbing more of it's yolk to gain more strength.

I am hoping that while it is taking it's time that it will be a better hatch compared to Hope. Hope's hurrying might have been her downfall.

Any AZ chicken people out there? I am looking for some advice on raising chicks in the desert. I'm in Mesa. Does it get too hot out here? I have four 20 day old chicks, 3 Buff Orps and 1 leghorn. Do we need to do anything special here

Hi! I'm in Mesa too! It does get VERY hot in the summer & they will need some special attention, BUT most breeds will do okay. We flood a shady spot in the yard for them to stand in the water, & run a fan in their coop during the day. I give them a bowl of ice water mid day (but not as their only source of water) & they get lots of cold watermelon too.
