In all seriousness, I hope everyone's birds are O.K. today. I think I've had enough of this heat.

And I thought that investing in a people water cooler thingie was extreme.

I must have called Emmy twenty times this weekend to check on what she was doing to keep the birds cool. And I snuck home twice to check.

109 in my back yard right now.

I'm tired of it.

I went to climb the mountain yesterday... got about 1/4th of the way up and the haboob hit.

Covered my mouth and nose with my shirt and headed back down.

My chairside lives in Glendale and got lots of rain and cool temps.

We just got wind and dust.

my uncle fell from a tree when he was cutting a tree today

its his fourth accident he had i hope he is okay
but his brother only said the ambulance pick
him up but they dont know how he is doing
we will pray for him to get better
