I wasn't really listening to what he was saying. All I heard was, "Laree, I love chickens and would love to come build you another coop, shirtless.

We went to San Diego last week. Turns out it was Comicon, (which we didn't have tickets for). Thankfully, Comicon takes over all of downtown San Diego, so you could walk from display to display and watch all sorts of presentations. Hottie Hugh was doing a preview promo thingy for an upcoming movie. "Noisy Boy" (?) I think....

My DH was moving the lawn the other day without his shirt on. Our neighbor lady came by and commented on how buff he was. He was so embarrassed, he ran in the house and wouldn't go back out until she was gone LOL!

I know this is not the "correct" place to post this but can anyone tell me why I can't post a new topic? It will only allow me to reply. I am looking for some information on AZ feed stores but I wanted to post a new topic....any ideas?

I got 7 chicks out of the deal. The long (10 days in the mail due to mailing company screw up) and far journey was too much for some of the poor eggies. Only 10 made it into lock down, three more died around day 19 (I usually have 80-90% hatch rate). I had two hatch on Wednesday and three on Thursday. Two eggs pipped but then nothing. I caved in and opened both (never done this before). Thank goodness! One was shrink wrapped and the other one must have been doing some pre-hatch Yoga and never got out of the pretzel again. These two are doing stunningly well. I had to fluff them up because they were quite sticky. The last one was bleeding too and got decorated with a pile of coagulant powder. Thanks to Laree they even got vaccinated!
