Arizona Chickens

I was just wondering what the HOA would do, too. About how much do you think they would fine, and then what happens if I pay the fine but keep the chickens? I'm thinking of just getting chickens and keeping them and paying fines as "pet rent". But if they can actually kick me out of my house for not getting rid of the chickens, I'll need another plan. Now I feel dumb for writing the HOAs. I can't play the "I didn't know, the CC&Rs said such and such and I thought chickens were okay." On the other hand, I found three potential non-hoa houses. Oh please let one be our future home!

I've been begging for a plum tree since I tried it

We've since accumulated a jacaranda , a desert willow, an aleppo pine, and a dwarf unknown apple and an unknown orange. But no plum tree

HAH! There are some funny cities in AZ! Did you guys know that Anthem (North of PHX) is notorious for swingers? Apparently, if you want to let people know that you are down, you put a lawn gnome in the front yard. Lots of lawn gnomes there...
