Arizona Chickens

I'm not really sure what they are, but yeah, Mikey, I have heard that there are. They are few and far between...and you really have to make an effort to find them...but I believe they do in fact exist.

Maybe I'll google it: "Un-chicken related activities"

I knew it! NO SUCH THING!!!

I tried as well. I made my firts ever batch of mozarella cheese. It is really good. But then I fed the whey to the chickens. There goes the un-chicken relatedness

Mikey, the control tower is welcome to come help me train my 2 year old horse. Next on the project list once I get the fall/winter garden planted.
Wait, scratch that. Horses are more expensive then chickens. You might not want her to develop the horse hobby.
Better idea-Shars has canning and baking classes for about $10.00 apiece. I have the schedule. Next canning class is Tuesday morning this week but I think they have lots of evening classes, too.

I have a bunch of really really really long 8x4 pieces of lumber. Could those somehow be made into a more useful size? 4x4? or 4x2? Or is it too hard to cut them length wise? I also have a bunch of large boards. Someone design a coop for me

Ooh, those sound great. Yes, it's possible to cut them down, with the right saw. Even if you can't cut them down you can still use them.

So... if we move into town

who is going to help build my coop?

azpenguin and gallo are automatically volunteered. Gallo, I know where you live. azpenguin, I know where you work AND you have some of my chickens. I will make them turn on you and peck out your eyeballs if you don't help.

I've been known to help out with coop services...

Prolly should finish mine first though
