French Freedom Rangers, and the other thing she called them is on the video. Which I'm trying to upload to tube so I can share.
Oh, same house--check out the bird house.

Here Mikey

I don't know french but it sounded like, "They are French Freedom Rangers they're pullet-roos-ford."

I thought I heard "poulette rouge birds." I think that just means red pullets, but what the heck do I know. Please excuse my French.

Is it going to dry out a little or are we getting more rain? I know, it's such a rare thing, I shouldn't complain but the run looks horrid... I had to add more pine shavings to the coop because of all that they tracked in. Messy birds.

Hi! I was told to come here... I have a dutch rooster I need to sell, and I'm not old enough to put him on the auction part of the forum. He is purebred, from Boyer lines. Blue Creme Light brown, about three years old. Won several blue ribbons. Not aggressive. Just dont have the room

Tammy said there was a bit of chicken odor after opening the bag after resting for a day - she just said it was almost like something died but it was brief. (Glad I'm just learning this...) Do yo think it could have been the liver issue?

The roo was absolutely delicious! Very flavorful & changed her mind about raising meat birds. (again)

So I wonder.... After eating your own meatie, would it be hard to go back to store bought chicken? Kinda like having your own eggs and then having to buy from the store during a massive molt?

Absolutely. It's like with the beef and pork. Took me about 2-3 years to be able to buy and be able to cook or eat store bought.
