Those look O.K. I've seen some that look terrible. I really wonder if you have a pressure problem. I would try pulling the bucket down to the level of the nipples first and see if that doesn't immediately stop the leaking.

I just remembered...when I was getting these installed and noticed they were leaking, I had the bottom pvc portion unattached. I filled it with water and covered it with my thumb so I could hold the pipe horizontally and they were still leaking so I think they are just bad design.

Yeah, I looked at the reviews on Amazon and you aren't the only one with that issue. Looks like a bad batch of nipples to me. I can wholeheartedly recommend the ones from QC supply.
