I searched for an Arkansas Homeschool thread and could not find one, so here it is!

We homeschool my daughter, Danyelle (15) and my son, Jahdan (13) using Accelerated Christian education. Since I am 51 and grew up on a 700+ acre working farm/ranch and was homeschooled, I teach agriculture etc (lots of life experience!). Being homeschooled gives the children more time with their animals. We raise only heritage and exhibition quality poultry. Jahdan has some goats.

We also sell our garden produce at a roadside stand. The new 2 acre farm we have bought has a nice 3 bedroom doublewide, with a sunroom (incubator/brooder room), a shop (needs some repair to use), a one room efficiency apartment (needs a bit more work), two very small sheds and lots of room!. There are 10 pecan trees, 2 black walnut trees, 3 fig trees and numerous fruit trees (peach, plum, apple etc). We want to add a sun porch that wraps the entire home. Some of the photos were taken before we took possession of the home, but after we relocated the livestock. The boat/canopy is gone, along with most of the "junk".

Here are a few photos of them, their livestock and our new farm!
