Ers pretty goot.
You used the 1/3 rule for the horizon line, which is good, and her head lines up nicely with that, too. Your general sketch is nice. I like that you shaded it, and your anatomy is looking much better.

Eeet. You probably chose the most difficult photo ever. Try stylizing instead of copying, see if that helps.
