I used a special filter on my camera.
Natural light also helps.

No. She. (My reasoning: for a dragon that no ones ever seen before how woild hiccup some one who at that point know almost nothing about dragons know the gender. Theres nothing obvious there in the animation - admittedly it is an animation, and the writers called toothless he.... But toothless was jealous of the girl. I can totally see them changing it in the future, surprise! Your dragon laid an egg. Thats not a boy.

Wow! What filter?

Don't know if you have it. Comes with the kindle. Called 1920 or something. It helped to make it less weird color with natural light, but the filter brightened the paper and brought out the black lines.

Yah I could see that. In the book though it is a he and Hiccup knows way more about dragons. Very jealous of Fireworm all the same because he's braggy and she is always bragging about being a Monstrous Nightmare, while he's a common garden or whatevs you call it. However, he was in love with
