I`m going to try and do it XDSo I had the weirdest dream about my character last night and I really want to do a drawing on it but I`m afraid to XD
I played with it for a while... i didnt sleep much. I really like it. It takesa bit to get used to it would be easier with a mouse i think than the track pad i was using. There wasnt much in the way of instructions but i learn by doing anyway.Give me a status report. I'm interested, too.
The audio is fine. I loved it
I need this. XDI played with it for a while... i didnt sleep much. I really like it. It takesa bit to get used to it would be easier with a mouse i think than the track pad i was using. There wasnt much in the way of instructions but i learn by doing anyway.
They give you ankle, hip, mid-back, head, and wrist control with little selector grabby spots.
You can twist, rotate, and turn: hands, feet, head, and neck with 3 axis that pop up when you click on them,
you can rotate: the calves, shoulders , fore arm, bicep, and torso. Individually.
You can turn the knees side to side moves like a knee should with the ankle and hip as a limiter on range of motion.(i imagine you should be able to do it with the elbows too, but i couldnt grab them.)
You can move all fingers and thumb, both the distance between them and all of the joints can be bent individually. the thumb can move up and down on the side of the hand. (I didnt check but im pretty sure you can do the same thing with toes.
There is a function to set the feet, sholders and i think wists to auto so they adjust their position based on how you move your related joints.
You can change the color ofyour doll you can change it to a minimal figure with lines kind of like the wooden mannequin.
I havent found it but i think you can alter the face if you want to.
Poses i tried last night: crouching, falling to the side, sitting, on one knee, crouching with a hand on the ground between the legs, pushing hair behind an ear, falling down a hole.
You can draw 3d boxes your doll can interact with. There is a dolls eye view if you need to adjust where theyre looking (i made a box accidentally)
Things i didnt like: it took a long time to get it where i wanted, you can cross the thighs at the hip, elbows and legs can bend backward. There is a limiter on how far back you can tip thw head i thought it should be able to look u more than it could. Left click doesnt adjust perspective, right click will but i have yet to find the secondary movement mouse shortcut. Its hard to get the elbows to bend the way you want. You HAVE to change perspective to move things the way you want. (You can move side to side easily from you view but moving in out is almost impossible. As well as moving diagonally.)
Im going to have to look in the dropdowns there are atill a ton of tools i havent tried. Apparantly you can adjust body size and proportions too. Lots of detail. Itll probably slow you down at least initially.
Shirtless GageI'm glad. I wanted to show you
