Mostly just details. You need more reference pictures. And remember: they don't have to be perfect. Usually a "suggestion" is all you need, since they're usually so tiny, anyway. Like the general shape of a flower. Really, you're just filling space.

You might just try tracing over the photo and see what you get... It helps sometimes.
