Also I still haven't figured out what the magic wand thingie does.

And, if you're talking about the magic wand above the word snap (in my screenshot), that's used to select different shapes or colours on your canvas. Say, for example, if you drew a squiggly line, you can use the magic wand to select just that shape. Good for different types of shading. :3

I don't remember being able to do that on mobile.
The magic wand was very useful, though. What are you having trouble with?
Straight lines. I decided to do messy looking lines instead.

choose which direction your light source is, and add in some color on the edges. I would use green or purple... what ever color it would look like in the sun, and scribble on some feather lines like the hairs of the feathers. just on the edges where the light is directed at it.
