I am excite. She's an awesome artist and she's going to design a winged tiger character for me.

I wish I could be an artist people commission. But I don't draw well, and I don't understand how to get the money. XD

Oh. PayPal is easy. You just need a checking account at yer bank.

I've read that you have to request money, from the person who commissioned you, on PayPal? (Or else it's not considered legal, and you can't be helped if anything goes wrong. Or something like that.)
But I don't understand it.

It just worries me. XD
