I don't think it looks like a girl.
Overall, it has a slightly more feminine feel to it, but I don't think it looks straight up like a girl.
If you hadn't pointed it out, I wouldn't have noticed it looks a little bit more feminine then other drawings of guys,
Honestly I think it looks really good.
