It is blue.
But yes. Black and white cat, m'am everything but the line art is at least a little saturated.

The shading is very saturated ice blue that I darkened.

I don't think its the saturation, its just a lil too dark and lacks contrast. Somehow you need to lighten up the face so you can tell muzzle from cheek.
