Does anyone have any advice that can make the head equal to the back?

I think it might be I always draw the head abnormally large.

do you have a reference picture you're using?

No. I sometimes go back to look at the Standard picture but the one for Welsummers is actually worse than the one I drew.
I did reference Wyatt Burnside’s Welsummers, but I don’t use one picture. It’s supposed to be the ideal Welsummer, not one specific bird.
