I always maintained youre better off with butter than margarine, and now this...which isn't the first time I've heard this. My BIL, a professional health specialist, talked to us years ago about too much modern grain, rancid/industrialized plant oils, etc. Big stickler for properly filtered water.
But for me, it takes the figurative 2x4 across the skull. This week confirmed with the GI specialist Gluten is bad. Add that to the allergy to milk and soy, the sensitivities to all sorts of other food additives, and all I'm left eating looks alot like that "Paleo" diet.
