Artichokes

I am looking for a simple but tasty dip for artichokes. I usually eat them with mayonnaise with little lemon juice added but I would like something different. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I’ve always just dipped mine in melted butter. It’s better if you use salted butter.

That would be very good but that is not what I have in mind. I have whole boiled artichokes. I want something to dip the leaves in before I eat them.
