ASAP it is day 22 and nothing has happend

HI and thank you for all the help, I candled all the eggs and about 3 or 4 moved and none chirped. I couldn't tell with a couple of the eggs or the duck egg. Should I take some water out of the incubator?
Depends on where your humidity is at, you want to keep it between 65 and 75 for the chickens, I’m not real sure about the duck.

I did not use the floating option, only one egg had that position and that was one that was not able to tell if it was moving or not. Should I pay attention to the way I put them back in the incubator with the air bubble up? I am using a JANOEL12 incubator

yes, you want the lowest side of the dip in the air cell facing upward, like in the pic above.

Hi again! So I candled all the eggs and the duck and now about 5 or 6 are alive! But I don't know wether or not to add water or take it away, I don't have a humidity thermometer, the incubator came with one and I don't believe it is correct, it is a little steamy on the edges of the incubator. Thanks for all the help!
