Ascites fluid color?

Oh good idea on the color suggestion. That completely makes sense! Margaret is getting closer to passing, although she is still eating, her little frame is feeling skeletal. I hope God takes her quickly so she doesn't suffer. She still enjoys having her feathers fluffed out and stroked with human hands. I have been dosing her with Meloxicam in case she is in pain but she doesn't show signs of it. Really seemed to enjoy the tomato I offered her this evening although she ate it slowly. My girls and I are going to watch a movie now and hold her and love on her with what little time she has left. She is such a sweet little thing. Thank you for all of your help, truly this site has been such a great resource for us newbies!
