Asian breed

An Asian guy gave me 2 of these as chicks and they turned out to be hens. Any idea what breed they are?

They're probably Shamos, Malays, or Asils (I can barely tell the difference between those three breeds; they're very similar).

So how would these breeds do for dual purpose production? Any idea of feed to meat ratio? Egg production?
