Hi! I ordered chicks from McMurray hatchery and I got the rare breed assortment, it’s always fun figuring out the breeds but some have me stumped, they look like one breed but also look like another! Any ideas?

The markings look like our easter eggers although ours were golden and red rather than the grey yours seem to have.

It looks very similar to an Egyptian Fayoumi. I think they are considered pretty rare here.

I have 2 Golden Campine chicks that looked just like that at that age. I think it's a Golden Campine. It could possibly be a breed that I haven't owned before though so maybe not?

Egyptian Fayomi for sure!

It looks very similar to an Egyptian Fayoumi. I think they are considered pretty rare here.
