Monte Cristo.. I make often for The kids and I as good ol fashion comfort food.
Last one, I promis.. My hubbies favorite meal I make. Fetticini alfredo with sweet Italian sausages.
I hard boil eggs same day as picked from the nest boxes. They come out perfect every time. Bring salted water to a boil. Lower eggs one at a time with a spoon into boiling water. Set timer for 17 minutes. Remove eggs from boiling water and immediately place in a bowl of iced water. Let cool and peel.
This is how we steam, only there should have been cheese cloth lining the bamboo basket. My bad, sometimes I skip necessary steps.
