We in Israel eats a lot of fruit and vegetables they are one of the basic bricks of ouer diet, this with meat, fish, eggs, chees. ..............and so on

That is wonderful. Do they use any pesticides on their product? It looks sp perfect. And, do you ever go out to restaurants to eat?

Yes they do, and in a lot of products I use organic, I have near my home a wonderful organic vegetables grower that aloud me to pic my one vegetables!
We have wonderful restorant in Israel and a huge Colynary scene here.

Yes they do, and in a lot of products I use organic, I have near my home a wonderful organic vegetables grower that aloud me to pic my one vegetables!
We have wonderful restorant in Israel and a huge Colynary scene here.

A new comlex in Tel aviv

absolutely stunning. Looks alot like the market at the embarcadero in San Francisco next to the old ferry building. Alot of open air stalls, hand crafted wares. Certainly lacking variety up here in the mountains.
Our local farmers market is about to start up again for the season. Another 2 weeks I think.
Nothing fancy tho. Some stonefruits and veggies. Hand made soaps and baked goods. There's a nice couple from a small farm in the area I'm going to be looking to hook up with for special items for the menu with a local flair. Gonna be a busy summer. That's for sure

And yes wea are influenced from rhe US in a grate deal!

agreed about being better than not doing anything. Long gone are the ways of a quick meal(insert name brand here). But your old world markets blow ours out of the water, regardless of a good polish and shine or not I'd love to have that volume of choice in front of me every day.

The freshness, the smell, the ability to reach hand and taste, but for me the best thing, is to enter to a spice shop and to see it ground fresh and to smell the spices aromas, it is wonderful.
And because Israel is a congregation of Jews from all over the world you can find the most wonderful herbs and spices!
