Balsamic reduction

The vinegar and sugar go in a small pot. Bring to boil lower heat and reduce. It's ready when you can dip a spoon in there and drawl your finger across the backside leaving a line in it.

rough estimate would be several(4 or 5) cups to a half a cup.
And definitely less than a tablespoon, this app. Is usually good for a few people.

good ratio.....  So for me who isnt making it for a hungry dinner crowd   two cups to three tablespoons of sugar.  Reduction would not change the sugar content....  just make syrup...    1 tablespoon of sugar is 3 points....  So the whole thing would be nine points.

Id have to play with it to determine how much is in a drizzle.

you could probably just use 1 tablespoon sugar with two cups balsamic with the same reducion results.
