Asking anyone who knows. How many little bitty eggs does it take to equal one normal egg? I'm taking about the size of a 50 cent piece. I'm up to my neck in tiny eggs, guesstimates are as welcome as facts.

LOL.... I know someone who made omelettes out of quail eggs...
He said they were Yummy No measuring there...
I made Quiiche out of Bantam eggs once Takes Three bantam eggs to make two regular eggs...

I have a similar problem--eggs are way too big for most recipes. I can often use one egg instead of two

There was an ingredient in there I didnt catch... They called it meal maker... But it was witish orbs that were soaked in water before adding to the pot...

X2 @Akrnaf2 very powerful... btw, I have a 1/2 l Israeli Olive oil hidden in my pantry. I need gas to keep it fresh so won't open it until I have it. Love it. I'm still on the waiting list for goose eggs. Once I get some and hatch, I can't wait to make a goose matzo ball soup from goose fat and stock. I love traditional Jewish food and continue to try and learn how to make it.
