Not a problem, very easy if you have the ingredients the small children didn't want the fish raw so I put the tuna slice in a marinade of soy sauce and fresh lemon to cure them. They roasted very good!

Oh I love Sushi.... When my son was little we started out with California Rolls which is Avocado, Cucumber and imitation crab... Which is fish . Cooked But I had him stick to cooked fish... of course you cant have Shrimp lobster or crab but those each should be cooked as well as eel. I didnt want him eating raw till he was about ten.

Steam saute what ever fish you like for sushi then chill it down... for rolling.

My favorite is Yellowtail which is in the Mackrel family. I do like raw tuna and salmon but if given a choice Yellowtail will win over for me.

I like yellow tail collar too.... Grilled on a charcoal grill and served with Ponsu...

Nothing can compare to a fresh sea fish grilled on charcoal. ......yummy!

hello everyone, does anybody here have any good goose recipes? i went out hunting yesterday and got a Canada goose (which are awesome eating by the way) and was given a snow goose as well (which are not so awesome eating).

so this weekend is thanks giving for use Canadians, so my family is getting together and where going to have turkey and said i would cook up my geese i got. now i only have the breasts for the snow goose and i have a skinned goose (like whole bird just no skin on the muscle) and want to do a good recipe (as we always cook the same way lol, just roast it with veggies and poultry seasonings which to me is boring )

so does anybody have any good recipes for goose (got a whole one and breasts of another) am willing to try really anything. (as long as the bird is well done none of this rare stuff)
