Looks good, never heard of beef AND chicken in the same soup. Sounds interesting.

The principal is more vegetables ,and more meat kinds and cuts!
In This soup was beef ribs, neck, and marrow bones And chicken, if you find Turkey, especially neck it will be wonderful ! But my favorite is Ox tail!

I would like to make some dear or moose soup!
