There's one in The Parents' bathroom. My Mom disabled a cricket and put it in front of the spider. It got eaten.

We had them in NW NM and we've got them* here in SE MO as well. My kids have always been forbidden to interfere with wolfies. We have Rabid Wolf Spiders, lol, they're pretty good sized!

They have a very wide range. In the US there are 3 main varieties. Southern, Western, and Northern, and they've been settled in every state except Alaska.
