Not exactly. A module has a pair of integer nodes (basically process threads) but is a "core". So again using the FX-8120, 4 cores (modules) but 8 threads. It gets a little complex and really depends on workload and integer (256 bit int ops consume both threds but 128 bit ops can run independently).

It wasn't a great design overall. Very complex, and both thermally inefficient and overly complex on the die layout.
That makes sense.

Why is English so complicated?

I can read the same thing today that I read last week, but they're 2 different timelines for the same activity. And let's not get started on how one of them also sounds like a color, even though that's a different spelling.

Or why is it that I can hear about things here, but even though they're pronounced the same, they aren't interchangeable or talking about the same thing? And have you heard about the herd?

Or how is it that I can say "They're putting their house over there by the pond" and all 3 of those are the same sounds?

And whose bright idea was it to drop letters from words? "Color" and "Colour" are the same darn thing!

Let me fix that sentence for you. "Their putting their house over their by their pond".

That was a physically and mentally straining thing to type. Ouch.

I don't know, but maybe because we thought it was faster that way?

I may have to block you now. :p

I think this one's more related to tea and taxes than anything else. Another middle finger to the Bri-ish.

Do female chickens that originate from the Mediterranean usually grow spurs? I have a white leghorn hen who has really big spurs. I read that they do grow spurs online from google AI so I'm just trying to double check.
My Ancona has spurs. She's the only Mediterranean breed I have and none of my other hens have spurs. Maybe you're on to something!

They didn't even add ice!
Well, thanks for reminding me to drag a soapbox out...

Once upon a time we went to a dinner event somewhere. The food was good. The drinks? Nope. They gave us tea. Iced tea.

But they committed the crime of crimes.

No. Sugar.

That stuff was barely drinkable. To this day I am still offended. And no, they did not have a sugar option.
