Tails aren’t really a great way of sexing at least not alone. They show zero cockerel traits that I can see.

what breeds are they. #2 looks like there may be saddle feathers coming in, but I don't see a lot of comb development so could just be funky baby feathers.

I am not the one to ask but to know, I need to ask you. How old are they? Do you know the breed/mix? 3 weeks is really young to sex, except some can in a few situations.
