I made a couple modifications last evening. I widened the opening in the coop floor about 1.5" and I lowered the top of the ramp about 4 inches (attached it to the siding rather than the framing). Voila, I woke up this morning and all 4 chickens are scratching around the run. I guess they approve of the changes...and they probably appreciate the comments more than any.
