I think Mobile Chicken Processing is a great idea! That is a service I would deff. use. I cant process my own (Im going to try in spring though) and hate taking them to have it dont.

I think Mobile Processing Units are a fantastic idea. I think we're really going to see them take off everywhere in the next few years.
