No, if anything, public schools tend to treat everyone who isn't intellectually disabled as having a similar level of g, and their doing so is quite damaging to a decent number of individuals.

It’s true though. In school, you are expected to do this, and if you cant, too bad, guess you are going to fail at life. A lot of schools won’t let you skip a grade/level if you are exceeding grade expectations. It’s really stupid.

Here's the thing, carp... stupid people everywhere get through life just fine. So, let's say this is all true, and you're a complete dolt. So? Chances are still pretty darn good that you'll live your life, regardless, and be fine. Work a typical job. Probably make some stupid kids to carry on the innate worry of internet testing. Exactly. Denying those kind of accommodations to individuals who are outliers on the right tail of the distribution is quite damaging, and I have witnessed it many times in people I know.
