There are always gonna be sucky days as you fight your way to freedom, but you can push through this. The only way out is through and YOU . ARE . DOING . IT !

When we turned off the satellite TV recently, I kept reaching for the remote. Not as bad as kicking the cigs for sure, but it was odd how much I missed it. And I don't even like it, really. 🤷‍♀️ It was just so strange, feeling that way.

Not only the nicotine, but the whole smoking ritual has been an ever-present part of your life. You miss it because of its familiarity, but as time passes, this nagging, niggling habitual behavior will also fade away until it mostly disappears. You must never allow it to fool you though, and cheat you out of all your hard-won victory during some moment of weakness and stress.

I found it over on the "BYC's Random FunnyPosting Thread! Hosts Mike & Sally" thread. It's temporary, I think... at least until I move some more pictures onto my computer. I do love it, though!
