If you have genomic data from something like Ancestry DNA or 23andme, you can upload it there, and it'll impute (i.e. statistically "guess") the missing data, since DNA data from sites like Ancestry DNA and 23andme aren't whole-genome sequences, and then it'll use it to generate polygenic risk scores based on data from various genome-wide association studies.
