Assisted hatching of duck eggs, please help!

Hey guys,

I’m in a right flap, we have been incubating some duck eggs (first time) their now in day 30 and have not hatched! I can see the air sack and see them moving in it (since yesterday morning) so the have internally piped. There was still no progress this afternoon so 24hrs later so I was advised and read on here to create a small air hole in the large end of the egg (external pip) but still nothing I can see small amounts of movement but nothing else has happened and I can’t hear any noise from them! What should I do?? Thank you XxxxX

Beyond the safety hole, there's nothing you can do to help at this stage.

In my experience, when you make a safety hole, they stop feeling the need to pip. So they will just sit and rest until they're ready to hatch. This means that you may have to wait 48 hours or possibly more after making the safety hole before you see any progress.
