Assisting hatch?

Hi, one of my chicks that was due to hatch last sunday hasn't hatched and i saw no movement so i made a safety hole to check on him but i can see him breathing very softly indide what do i do?? plz help!

Chip shell away on the air cell end, only in the air cell. Then put a little bit of warm water or coconut oil on a q-tip, and gently rub it on the membrane. Then look for veins, the bill, and the beak making yawning/chewing motions.

I did that, i can see veins and some small movement but no beak movement

If there are veins it's not ready then. Move it to a different spot in the incubator. I'm guessing it was in a cold spot and developed much slower.
