Assorted bantams... my little penguin!

I got this little cutie out of a straight run of assorted bantams. Has feathered legs like a cochin. Colored like a penguin! I'm pretty sure it's a cochin, but unsure of the variety? No others were colored like this. Curious... thanks for any answers

Four toes. Three forward, one to the side.

Oh O.K, thought it was have been a silkie.
Probably a Cochin.
I'm not to good with chicks sorry.

Looks like maybe a black or mottled cochin? I got 2 out of an assorted bantam bin at tractor supply this year that I thought were a black and blue cochin but within a week they began growing long feathers on their legs. I was sooo confussed because they were looking nothing like the adult cochin I already have. I figured out after some picture searches that they were d'uccles. I was beside myself with excitment! So I guess just watch how their legs feather out and you should know soon.

I would wait to see if their legs feather out and then guess, could be a cochin though
