Astral or 4 1/2 weeks old

This little Australop is 4 1/2 weeks old. She is molting different than her siblings. The seem to be getting their feathers and looking better. I can’t see any pecking, redness, or mites. Any thoughts?

Looks like he just has very patchy feather growth, which cockerels may be a little more prone to.
