Astralorp hen pecking same age sister

The bully hen has been laying for 1 week, the other has not started. Have 1 same age Barred Rock who is laying and 1 Americauna who is one week younger & not laying. They have eglu, run and larger range. Neck feathers getting sparse on the picked on one. Bully has started pulling feathers out of Barred Rock also.

I'd give some catfood for extra protein and crickets or mealworms or hang a head of cabbage to keep them occupied.

Thanks. They have been getting live grasshoppers from me and those they catch when ranging but I will suppliment with catfood and hanging distraction.
