That coop is not well ventilated. There should be vents on the short wall side near the roof line and vents on the tall wall side to move the air up and out. Ammonia buildup from their poop overnight can cause the symptoms you are describing.

You cant see it but there is a foot wide vent the entire length of the coop on the high side and another in the wall with the door, and they have only been in that coop for a week and there are 5 chicks and its 12 ft long and 4 feet wide

That's not going to vent the coop properly. The vents need to be opposite of each other, to create a cross breeze. Ammonia build up can make a chicken very sick in a short amount of time. They have sensitive respiratory systems.

so a cross breeze wont go from end to end? there are 2'x1' windows at both ends of coop as well as the 12 foot side one, if I put a fan in would it create air flow?

The windows are too low to use as ventilation. You want the airflow above the chickens when they are roosting. The windows would cause drafts, not good. Vents should be as close to the roof line as possible and be opposite each other for effective ventilation. You can cut a few vents into the low wall every few feet and cover them with hardware cloth.

You have a dead air space from the top of the window to the ceiling is what June is tryin to tell you. You need ventilation at the roof line so air frm the chickens can move up and away from the chickens.

Edit- I reread your description of the venting, the vent on the high side of the coop is a good idea. I missed that fact when I read the first time.

I don't know what is causing your chicks to sneeze.
