At long last -- an Introduction

Hello & Welcome to the BYC flock & stock family!!!
Hate that you've got an aggressive one to deal with. But I have 7 roosters, various ages & maturity levels, all crowing...and taking care of their ladies. None has ever attacked me. Alpha rooster (Bantam) had to be shown one time that I was THE Alpha Alpha bird, he fuzzed up at me once.... and now he comes up and will eat out of my hand. Maybe mine know they are replaceable, I've got extras. They actually keep each other in line, only 1 rooster and the rest are just cockerels. Anyways. Replace him if needed and don't feel guilty, I put an aggressive towards the ladies cockerel in the fridge just the other day, and he was the prettiest one of the bunch.

That thought enters my mind every day. One day he'll push me too far and I won't feel guilty at all.
I took everyone's advice. Criminal rooster is gone gone. Wonder Spouse dispatched him about a week ago. My index finger is finally back to normal (I can write checks again -- Whew! imagine a woman unable to write checks!!! Lost my super power for about a week. NOW I enjoy caring for the ladies without fear of being attacked. Now I can continue building the aviary.

Noticed yesterday that one of my hatchlings was humping a hen. I'm gonna nip this boy in the bud. He's gonna be a pet!!! I'll be carrying him around and hand feeding him. IF he doesn't cotton to the attention, he's gonna be forrest food for the possoms and racoons. Also had a neighbor offer to eat him. Friends are standing bby. I appreciate all your suggestions.
