I have 4 button quails who are all 3 weeks old and Jm quite curious of their gender at the moment.

Perhaps so. Although, rejoining a few males could be an option as wellIf they're all male, you have a much better chance of them all getting along. If the white one does turn out to be female, you may want to think about a separate home for her and her male of choice.
