At what age are they not considered "babies" anymore?

Most of my girls will let me grab them but usually the Barred Rocks and Leghorns will just jump on me. Especially when I'm bending over. I bend to pick something up and flap flap flap, I have 3 girls on my back. The leghorns are my sweetest girls. I can easily walk up to one and pick her up, tuck her under my arm and walk around all day with her if I want. They're also the only ones that'll sleep in my lap. My RIRs and EE's are not as friendly as the Leghorns and Barred Rocks, and my Dominique roo just wants to boogy down and dance so he doesn't pay much attention to me at all.
