My pekin is about 4 weeks and my two little ones are more like 3 weeks. My father wants to get them out of the house as soon as possible. When will that be? Will they be abused by the chickens?

I completely agree. I introduced my 3-week-olds to my adult ducks this weekend (supervised) and my drake immediately set out to kill them. I now am allowing them to see but not touch. I put their brooder outside with its heat source. They can see the ducklings and hear them, but they can't get in and interact with them. I think it helps. Can you set up an area inside the pen and coop where the chickens can’t get to them and offer a heat source? I would never put young ducklings out with adult chickens or ducks until old enough to keep out of their way and before they have had a chance to meet through fencing in a pen situation unless they duckling have protection they can be attacked.
