At what age can I let poults out to free range with our other turkey?

We have 2 turkey poults, about 3 months old, that are in pen in the barn. We also have a young adult jake (male turkey) who free ranges 24/7. He does not leave our farm. Are the poults old enough to start free ranging with Felix yet, or should we wait till they're bigger? Felix knows they're there, but he doesn't like to go the barn and as such has not sought them out.

I'd say they are old enough at 3 months old. Mine are now 12 weeks old and have been allowed out of their pen since they were 8 weeks old. They still don't stray far from their pen and my 5 month old male doesn't pay much attention to them.
