At what age do EE's start laying?

I have one that is at least seven months old. Purchased her in March as a chick and still nothing. Am I just being impatient or should she be laying by now?
 
Some of them do wait until 28 weeks to lay. Are you sure that your EE isn't a roo though?

21-24 weeks is about the consensus though. Mine are 21 weeks and I'm gonna go nutz if they make me wait until 28 weeks!
 
Do not worry!!! I have four EE pullets. They did not start laying until around 30 weeks! All four of them! Some even took a week or two longer. It was driving me nuts. So don't do that to yourself. They will most likely lay.
